DVO Investment Strategy

DVO targets institutional quality, multifamily investment opportunities located in top-tier growth markets throughout the United States. We partner with local and regionally focused vertically integrated, operating firms with significant expertise in repositioning, renovation and managing these assets. Once we invest in a project we take a hands-on asset management approach through the entire life cycle of the property to ensure the successful completion of the business plan that is designed to increase cash flow and base asset value and thereby optimize returns. DVO generally invests $2 million to $10 million, however, in select situations, an investment may exceed this amount.
